In 1977 Priscilla "Vanilla" Prosser ( RIP ) moved from New York City to St. Croix USVI. While working at WSTX Radio, the avid cook happened onto some local recipe's... & with some small tweaks over the following years, she had come up with what we now call Prosser's Magic Spice & Sauce...

... Almost 40 years after leaving New York City, Priscilla's son, Christopher - while living in NYC himself - had the idea of introducing our secret family weapon onto the world... "Having grown up with the sauce & spice... I never though much about it" said Chris, untill Christmas of 2001 - "when scrambling for a few dozen Christmas presents, I started bottling the ProssSpice..." needless to say people liked it very much....

A few years, in the fall of 2015, the ProssSauce was released... The rest as they say, is history!
